Making Good Use of Nightmares
I’m a fan of a teacher named Philip Golabuk and his Field Center. Of all the teachers who suggest that “outer” phenomena are produced or at least influenced by “inner states” such as belief systems, emotions, and other elements of “consciousness,” Philip Golabuk has always been, for me, the most elegantly plainspoken and least obscure of the bunch. I don’t feel like I have to blindly follow his writing into dark corners of denial or delusion. He willing operates in the sunlight of clear thinking, yet without meekly surrendering to empiricism.

I found his piece on “Making Good Use of Nightmares” to be a welcome antidote to despair from all our recent waking nightmares:
